Fleetwood Mac to release deluxe edition of ‘Fleetwood Mac Live’

The expansive collection is set for release on April 19

Fleetwood Mac have announced that they’re releasing a new deluxe edition of their 1980 album Fleetwood Mac Live.

The record, which was originally released in December of 1980, is made up of live recordings primarily from shows in 1979 and 1980.

Now, Rhino will rereleased a “super deluxe” version of Fleetwood Mac Live on April 19th. It will be a 3xCD/2xLP collection, with a remastered version of the original album alongside over an hour of previously unreleased Fleetwood Mac live music spanning 1977 – 1982.

Additionally, the deluxe edition of Fleetwood Mac Live will feature a bonus 7-inch single with previously unreleased demos of “Fireflies” and “One More Night.”

Alongside the announcement, Fleetwood Mac have dropped a previously unreleased live version of “The Chain” from 1980 in Cleveland. Take a listen below!

The 14 new live tracks feature seven tracks from Fleetwood Mac’s 1979 – 1980 Tusk tour, four from the 1977 Rumours tour, and three from the 1982 Mirage tour.

The new edition will also include a booklet filled with rare photos, an itinerary for the Tusk tour, and a history of the live record from writer David Wild.
