Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers have been announced as the headliners for the 2020 Boston Calling festival.
According to a press release, both bands are in the process of creating new albums, so the performance is sure to see some new tunes. The festival, which will take place at Harvard Athletic Complex in Allston, Massachusetts from May 22nd to 24th, will feature more than 60 performers including another headliner.

“Boston is such a great city for rock music, and we are so proud to bring some of the most important rock artists of all time to Boston Calling next Memorial Day Weekend,” Boston Colling Events, LLC Co-founder and CEO Brian Appel explains in a statement. “We have worked for years to bring the Foo Fighters and Red Hot Chili Peppers to the festival, and this year everything lined up perfectly. We couldn’t be happier, and will complement them with an incredibly diverse lineup of artists throughout the festival weekend.”
