Frank Turner shares new single ‘Haven’t Been Doing So Well,’ announces forthcoming album ‘FTHC’

Frank Turner has officially announced his forthcoming album, FTHC, out February 11th via Xtra Mile Recordings / Polydor. As part of the announcement, he’s shared his new single “Haven’t Been Doing So Well.”

FTHC marks his first new album since 2019’s No Man’s Land. Today’s preview truly encapsulates some of the emotions we’ve been experiencing throughout the pandemic. “Haven’t Been Doing So Well” is a cathartic punk rock anthem that serves as an emotional release.

“It’s exciting to finally get the new music I’ve been working on out into the world after the last miserable 18 months,” FrankTurner says. “It’s been a difficult time for a lot of people and their mental health, myself included, and discussing that openly is important to me, so this is a song about anxiety and the struggles that come with that.”

Listen to “Haven’t Been Doing So Well” below.

Frank Turner recorded FTHC at ARC (Abbey Recording Studios), and it was produced by Rich Costey. From the hardcore blast, “Non Serviam,” to the genre-bending “The Gathering,” this album will definitely take you on a journey. FTHC serves as a sort of mini autobiography that captures Turner’s memories, while pushing him to move forward.

You can pre-order FTHC here on CD, deluxe CD, LP, picture disc, and cassette.
