Your weekly video roundup is here with brand spankin' new music videos, short films & interactive vids

What a week for music videos! We managed to narrow it down to 7 for this week’s Friday’s Video Picks with brand new videos from Arcade Fire, QOTSA, Kings of Leon, M.I.A., and Cold War Kids, plus a few Indie88 original gems.

Happy viewing.

1. The Deep Dark Woods: Indie88 Black Box Sessions

Such a perfect tune for this laid-back Friday.

2. Arcade Fire – Afterlife

Arcade Fire’s new video/short film tells a beautiful and powerful tale about family, life and death.

3. Queens of the Stone Age – The Vampyre of Time and Memory

QOTSA wanted their new video to be like an art installation inspired by horror, weird beauty, and a deep vein of surrealism. Check out the interactive version here.

4. Kings Of Leon – Beautiful War

Another brand new music video/short film with a gripping narrative. This time it’s about a professional rodeo rider.

5. Chilling With Brendan Canning

It’s the weekend and you deserve to chill, so take some pointers from Brendan Canning.

6. M.I.A. – “Y.A.L.A.”

This video is aggressive but will work well to turn your apartment into a rave.

7. Cold War Kids – Pine St.

Even flannel-wearing pigs enjoy a good bon fire set to some lovely tunes.

BONUS: Bob Dylan – Like A Rolling Stone

Better late than never! Watch the interactive video here.
