While Game of Thrones season 6 ended in victory, things might have to get worse before they get better. Cast members have just started to get their hands on scripts for season 7, and their reactions have us believing that dark times are ahead.

Meanwhile, Kit Harrington (Jon Snow) spoke to The Hollywood Reporter, saying the next season is sure to be bleak “with the whole ‘winter is finally here’ business, it means everyone is going to have a really bad time.” He went on, “I think it’s going to get very dark before it gets better. I think what we might see this season is those White Walkers and that Army of the Dead really come into force. So that’s going to be exciting to see.”
Williams and Harrington were both nominated for an Emmy in Outstanding Supporting Actress and Actor in a Drama Series respectively, both garnering their first Emmy for their roles in the fantasy series. We are more than excited to see what season 7 brings as the previous season was arguably the greatest in the series to date.
