The exhibition was full of artefacts that spanned Bowie’s life and career, and it will now be entering the digital realm as it’s transformed into an app for iOS and Android starting January 8th. Narration will be provided by Oldman, who worked with Bowie on “The Next Day” video.
Oldman and Bowie met in the early 80s, when they become close friends. “This brings the amazing David Bowie Is… exhibition to a wider audience,” Oldman explained according to Clash Magazine. “It’s great that his fans get to experience it. It was a privilege to be involved.”
