FIDLAR have a pretty refined sound considering founding members Zac Carper and Elvis Kuehn met while they were working at a recording studio where Carper was employed as an engineer and Kuehn worked as an intern, so they both have experience in shaping and creating elaborate sonic landscapes.
The entire band joined Indie88 to chat about their gear while they riffed off on some of their favourite tracks and joked around about how they got their sound. From broken vintage pawn shop guitars to decked-out pedal boards, the jokesters spilled on the gear that helps transform their punk rock sound.
Gearheads is presented with Cosmo Music.
FIDLAR’s new album, Almost Free, is set for release on January 25th.
