The event is set to take place at Toronto Gallery the plumb from October 16th to 30th. The hybrid event video installation will feature collaborations between artists and musicians as a celebration of the many identities within music. As the fifth festival, the number five is particularly significant this year, as it’s associated with the theme of bridge and moving into something new.
Due to performance restrictions, Venus Fest will feature limited capacity and scheduled visits. They will also ensure that attendees can view content in person and online.
“Venus Fest takes inspiration from this and seeks to inspire new, creative ways of experiencing art and togetherness in the midst of chaos, as well as bridging the gaps in representation within music and moving towards a new paradigm in artistic celebration,” according to a press release.
