HBO has confirmed that a Game of Thrones reunion episode has already been filmed after actor Sean Bean had previously revealed that the cast worked with Conan O’Brien for a special.
According to Bean, the reunion special had been taped with the entire cast of the show, past and present, in attendance.
“Conan O’Brien did this thing. It was the last episode, so we all got together,” Bean explains. “It’s funny with work, you don’t really keep in touch. You do so many types of jobs in that part of the world. It’s just like whenever I see old friends or even old drama school friends, it’s just the same, we pick up where we left off.”
According to Entertainment Weekly, HBO won’t broadcast the episode, but it will be available on the complete seasons 1 through 8 box set.
