Toronto police have arrested Hedley singer Jacob Hoggard and charged him with two counts of sexual assault and one count of sexual interference following a four-month investigation. Hoggard, 34, turned himself into police Monday morning.
Hoggard is scheduled to appear in court on Thursday. Toronto police released a statement Monday outlining the charges levied against Hoggard.

The Toronto Police Service and the Peel Regional Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on three dates in 2016, a man met with two women on separate occasions
– the man committed a Sexual Assault on each of them.
On Monday, July 23, 2018, Jacob Hoggard, 34, of Vancouver, was arrested. He was charged with:
1) Sexual Interference
2) two counts of Sexual Assault Causing Bodily Harm
In March, the band was dropped from their slated JUNO Award performance. They had already been dropped by their management team, and blacklisted by a number of radio stations following claims that Hoggard had sexually assaulted a woman.
