After dropping the single “Going Out Alone” in January, Winnipeg punk rock duo Mobina Galore are preparing to release their new album Feeling Disconnected on February 24 via New Damage Records. Lucky for you, we have a Canadian exclusive stream of the album below.
Feeling Disconnected will be released via New Damage, and Jenna Priestner (guitar/vocals) and Marcia Hanson (drums/back up vocals) will be celebrating with a North American tour this year alongside Against Me!.
Described as a “loose concept album,” Priestner and Hanson have always felt like outsiders, and this album expresses exactly that. In Feeling Disconnected, the duo reflects these feelings of isolation while also expressing their frustration in the face of patronizing rhetoric that follows an all woman punk band. As a result, the two have created a catalyst record that is both powerful and explosive.
Listen for yourself. Check out the new album below.
