Montreal trio $keleton Club have dropped a quirky new video for “Garbonzo.”
The gritty track revolves around a killer, fuzzy instrumental line that’s sure to get you bopping your head along as the equally grainy vocals take the forefront. The accompanying video is a quirky, yet artistically appealing clip that sees the trio taking a lobster boat into a desaturated, yet colourful scene reminiscent of a Wes Anderson flick. As the track explodes into a powerhouse, heavy anthem, a man boards the ship and kicks the trio off the boat for a wacky ending to the stellar video.
“We made this video for $100,” the band explains to Indie88. “Thank you Simon for taking us out on your lobster boat for $100.”
