London, Ontario’s Lost In Japan have shared a video for their new single “Ego.”
“Ego” is an anthemic indie rock track, with a slowly building instrumental line before the tune bursts into energetic layers of gritty guitars and silky vocals. The accompanying video sees Lost In Japan making their way through the streets of London at night interspersed with shots of them begrudgingly at a party.
“The song was inspired while we were on our first record’s release tour,” the band explains. “After playing show after show you start to get this sense of disassociation from your on stage persona and off stage. We saw this happen to ourselves and a lot of people we were playing shows with so it kind of set the footprint for the song.”

“Well we definitely hope this track leaves you wanting more! But we want people to feel like they’re not alone in these crazy times,” Lost In Japan continue.
