Indie88 Premiere: Monowhales Share New Video for ‘Take It Back’

New single produced by MSTRKRFT's Al-P

Armed with a refreshed image, the band formerly known as Ginger Ale & The Monowhales have returned with a new single and video. Now going by Monowhales, the Toronto-based band have unveiled a visually-engaging new video for “Take It Back” featuring slime, kinetic sand, painted fruit, and production courtesy of Al-P.

“Once we started working with Al-P from MSTRKRFT on the new record, we realized the sound we were going for was something totally different from anything we’d done in the past,” the band told Indie88 via email. “We wanted to make a video which reflected that too. Since we had such a blast collaborating with Press It and Hayley Elsaesser this summer on our Facebook Live concert, we figured why not do it all again, but even bigger and better!”

Check it out below.
