Indie88 Premiere: Mountain Head’s new video for ‘Let It Out’ stars puppets named Lyle and Zen

The new tune is a breezy summer anthem

Mountain Head have shared a quirky, fun video for their new track, “Let It Out.”

The new Darcy Yates (Bahamas)-produced single is a fun-loving, carefree summer anthem, with dreamy instrumentals and soft, sweet vocal lines. The accompanying video follows a pair of puppets as they make their way around town, singing along to the tune, smoking a joint, and drinking a beer.

“We made the puppets ‘Lyle & Zen’ as a means to make a fun music video from home during lockdown,” Mountain Head explain. “We almost heard it as an adult Sesame Street, so we created a mini concept world, with the puppets to entertain us.”
