Toronto folk artist Sean Sroka has shared his new EP as Ten Kills The Pack, Life, Death, & Afterwards, premiering now on Indie88. Make sure to tune in to our Instagram Live at @Indie88Toronto tonight at 8:00 p.m. EST with Ten Kills The Pack and our very own Brent to celebrate and learn more about the new collection.
The new five-track EP, which was produced by Dave Cerminera, sees Sroka singing of themes like interpersonal purpose, space, and growth, while maintaining the sense of intimacy established on earlier releases like Force Majeure.
Life, Death, & Afterwards features previously released singles “Mess,” “Favourite Song” and “Body.” From the soft, gloomy instrumentals on “Only Thinking of You” to the stomp-worthy percussion and dreamy vocals on “Body,” Life, Death, & Afterwards is sure to take you on an emotional journey.

“At one point in time, a certain song of mine was everyone’s favourite song in my set,” Sroka explains of “Favourite Song.” “The song also represented a person, so it began to hurt to sing each time. ‘Favourite Song’ stems from how every past relationship is someone’s favourite song (literal or not).”
