Indie88 Premiere: Weathers release gritty new track ‘Always Tired’

Catch Weathers at the Mod Club on February 17

Weathers have unreleased a killer new track called “Always Tired.”

“This song is literally about feeling so freakin tired all the time to the point where it feels like it’s just a habit,” Weathers explain to Indie88. “It’s for those who can’t stop feeling tired even when they shouldn’t. It’s for those who constantly feel like you’re carrying a boulder everywhere you go.”

“Always Tired” is a perfectly gritty track, revolving around a wailing guitar line, glimmering synths, a driven drum beat, and dynamic vocals. Although the vocal lines come packed with energy, the lyricism highlights the feeling of exhaustion, delivering lines like, “I’m always tired I just can’t fight it/ I’m always picking up my body/ Down with the fever and I’m drowning.”

Listen to “Always Tired” below.
