For six straight weeks you will be able to wet your whistle with some delicious new brews from all over Ontario. The Indie88 six pack will showcase new beer and ciders of all kinds as we gear up to celebrate these bubbly beverages at Toronto’s Festival of Beer.
Feature Beverage: Brimstone Brewing Company’s Hail Mary Ale
Hail Mary is a malty, smooth-drinking beta-version of Brimstone’s flagship beer. Brimstone makes their brews with the love of music in mind, creating the beverages in a re-imagined 20th Century church. ‘The Sanctuary’, as they call it, is also a centre for the performing arts where the likes Hollerado, Hey Ocean!, The Zolas, and many more have performed. 2014 is a big year for Brimstone as they’re increasing their site size by 15 hectolitres and will be renovating the tap room.
Hail Mary APA is a very versatile beer that pairs well with almost anything. Its smooth flavour can easily compliment your favourite savoury and salty treats.
You can taste the Hail Mary APA when Indie88 invades The Garrison at 1197 Dundas Street West, Tuesday July 8th. Try it!
