According to a recent Statistics Canada report, Toronto ranks as the second most unhappy city in Canada. Participants in the study that was conducted were asked to rate their life satisfaction on a scale of 1-10. Toronto ranked 2nd to last with an average score of 7.8. Vancouver had the lowest average but more interestingly the highest average was Saguenay, Quebec averaging at 8.2. Wait a second, that’s just a 4% difference of happiness. Exactly how many positive life experiences go into 4% of total happiness? Hard to say really. Let’s take this study with a very healthy grain of salt. Come on statistics Canada!
