The highly-anticipated fourth entry in The Matrix saga is set for a December 22 release, and today Warner Bros. has unleashed a trailer showcasing the return of Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss as Neo and Trinity.
As speculated, the fourth film in the series will be titled The Matrix Resurrections. Familiar faces Jada Pinkett-Smith, Lambert Wilson, and Daniel Bernhardt are also set to reprise their roles, while Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Neil Patrick Harris, Jonathan Groff, Toby Unwumere, and Priyanka Chopra also join the cast.

Lana Wachowski worked alone as director on the film, after directing the first three movies with sister Lilly.
The Matrix Resurrections is set to be released in theaters and on HBO Max December 22.
