Billie Eilish was the special guest for the last episode of Brian Baumgartner’s (Kevin Malone) podcast An Oral History Of The Office, which is about the US version of The Office.
The 12-episode podcast traces the show’s development, from the proposal of a US remake of Ricky Gervais’ UK show, all the way to its present day fame. The new episode of the podcast looked at the way The Office still appeals to younger audiences, as Baumgartner talks to super-fan Eilish alongside the show’s leading actor Steve Carrell.
In the chat, Eilish explains that she had watched the full series 14 times. “Every time I watch it, I understand something new, because I started at [age] 12,” Eilish says. “And honestly, if you asked my parents, this makes me sound so stupid, but the most of the things that I know are because of The Office.
