Listen: BROCKHAMPTON share new tracks ‘chain on / hold me (feat. JPEGMAFIA)’ and ‘fishbone’

As part of their weekly password-protected livestream

Some members of BROCKHAMPTON have been in quarantine together, and they’ve been hosting a weekly password-protected livestream called Technical Difficulties Radio, where they share new material every broadcast. This week, BROCKHAMPTON shared “chain on / hold me (featuring JPEGMAFIA)” and “fishbone.”

The first track “chain on / hold me” is definitely a stand out and could easily be two tracks, and it features samples of Wu-Tang Clan’s “C.R.E.A.M.,” KRS-One’s “Mad Crew” and “Sound of da Police,” and Gil Scott-Heron and Brian Jackson’s “We Almost Lost Detroit.” JPEGMAFIA’s verse on the track references Dua Lipa, Street Fighter, That’s So Raven, professional wrestlers, and Vine.

“fishbone,” on the other hand, features most of the members of BROCKHAMPTON except for Matt Champion.

Listen to “chain on / hold me (feat. JPEGMAFIA)” and “fishbone” below.
