Listen: Charlotte Day Wilson shares new track ‘Keep Moving,’ announces debut album ‘Alpha’

Charlotte Day Wilson has announced her debut album, Alpha, which is set for release on July 9th via Stone Woman Music. As part of the announcement, she’s shared a new single called “Keep Moving.”

The new track marks the second single off of her forthcoming album, following the release of “If I Could.” The slow-building track opens with sparse instrumentals, as Wilson’s powerhouse vocals truly shine before exploding into ambient melodies and a dance-worthy groove.

Lyrically, the track is an exploration of self-discovery, as Charlotte Day Wilson singing of struggles with love, growth, and breaking, delivering lines like, “Tryna find my way, way back home/ Sometimes I need something that’s far from me/ But if it’s not meant to be/ I gotta keep moving, keep moving.”
