Listen: Cherryade share new single ‘Fast Food’

From their forthcoming self-produced lockdown mixtape

Alt pop duo Cherryade have shared a new track called “Fast Food.”

“‘Fast Food’ was written about everything going on in the world right now – fast food culture, COVID, politics, fake news, spending our lives on social media… basically everything falling apart. This year feels so intense and fast paced, whether its music or memes or political scandals or celebrity ‘cancel culture,’ trends get binned and replaced so quickly and it’s exhausting trying to keep up and stay sane.”

“Fast Food” comes packed with quirky, playful vocal lines and a driven instrumental. The gritty new tune comes as part of Cherryade’s forthcoming self-produced DIY lockdown mixtape.
