Weezer frontman Rivers Cuomo has unveiled “Backflip,” the theme to Netflix’s Green Eggs and Ham. Netflix will be adapting Dr. Seuss’ Green Eggs and Ham into an animated series. Netflix has put about $5 to 6$ million per episode and it will consist of 13 episodes.
The series will have an incredible voice cast of Michael Douglas, Diane Keaton, Adam DeVine, Eddie Izzard and more. Ellen Degeneres is also tied to the project, as the executive producer.

“Backflip” is a playful, nonsensical tune that reflects the “try something new” attitude of the Dr. Suess story. The track makes no lick of sense, and credit is due to Cuomo for making the tune catchy and perfect for Green Eggs and Ham.
The series will debut on Netflix on November 8th.
