Listen: Stars Announce New Record, Share Single ‘Real Thing’

There Is No Love In Fluorescent Light arrives October 13

Stars have unveiled a new track from their forthcoming record There Is No Love In Fluorescent Light. The new single “Real Thing” dropped Thursday via Pitchfork.

Singer Amy Millan described the song as a “Pop song pepper spray. In a world where we are targeted daily and consistently let down in the courts of consent. The laymen continue to write laws on our organs. Real Thing is a ‘she said’ for singing as loud as you can.”

There Is No Love In Fluorescent Light will be released on October 13, 2017 via Last Gang. Stars have a pair of Toronto shows lined up at The Great Hall, Wednesday, November 22, and Thursday, November 23.
