Listen: The Black Keys drop ‘Lo/Hi,’ their first new track in 5 years

Their first new music since 2014's 'Turn Blue'

The Black Keys have finally made their return. The garage rock duo have just dropped their first track in five years with their new single, “Lo/Hi.”

The new tune is their first new music together since 2014’s Turn Blue, but it sounds like the pair never left. It’s got that distinctive gritty Black Keys vibe, with a distorted, catchy guitar lines and some edgy, bold howling. “Lo/Hi” was written and produced by band members Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney themselves, and recorded at Auerbach’s Easy Eye Sound studio in Nashville.
