While gearing up for the release of Imploding the Mirage, which is out on August 21st, the Killers have shared a new track called “Dying Breed.”

The triumphant new track revolves around a chugging instrumental line for the first two minutes of “Dying Breed” before it explodes into their quintessential arena rock sound. Frontman Brendan Flowers’ lyricism takes the lead on this track, as he sings lines like, “I was lifted by the sound of a spirit in need/ Baby, we’re a dying breed.”
