Jack White’s second ever solo album Lazaretto will be hitting the shelves on June 10th, but since we’ve all been so patient, White has released “Just One Drink” via SoundCloud and his label, Third Man Records.
White explains to Rolling Stone Magazine that he’s laid down tracks with his two backing bands, the all-male group, Buzzards, and all-female group, Peacocks, while touring all throughout 2012. Finally, setting aside to record his own part of the 11 song album, he said it’s taken him much longer to get this album together than the record breaking week production for White Blood Cells. (Ok, so there isn’t an official record for world’s shortest produced album, but we bet he’d win it anyway.)
The record will be available in multiple platforms, including a special Ultra LP, which includes two hidden tracks! Grab a copy June 10th, but for the special edition ones head over to Third Man Records for all the details.
Enough talk, here’s the music. Listen to “Just One Drink” by Jack White below.
