Listen to Prince’s Previously Unreleased Track ‘Deliverance’

New EP contains unheard recordings over a three-year period

A new EP entitled Deliverance will be released Friday and will feature six never before heard songs by Prince. Prince reportedly recorded the songs throughout 2006-2008 and co-wrote them with engineer Ian Boxill, who was a familiar face on Prince’s records during that same three-year period.

According to a press release, most of the EP’s profits will be donated to Prince’s estate. Deliverance will be released on CD via RMA this Friday, and the EP’s title track is available for listening now on iTunes and Apple Music. Listen to “Deliverance” below.
