As all non-essential businesses have shuttered their doors for the time being, visiting a local restaurant and dining-in for a bite to eat won’t be possible for a while — but this doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy their food.
In light of the pandemic, many local restaurants are making safe efforts to keep their customers fed and happy by offering alternative options to dine-in.
Here is a list of some of the restaurants still offering delivery and takeout in Toronto by neighbourhood.
Annex – Bar Mercurio

Beaches – Yumei Sushi

Bloorcourt – Little Sito

Little Sito serves traditional, homemade Lebanese food, and it’s as mouthwatering as it is filling. They’re offering curbside pickup — all you have to do is call the day of, or place your order on their website.
Bloorcourt – Burdock Brewery

If you’re looking for some homemade sourdough bread to snack on along with some beer or wine, Burdock Brewery is the place for you. Free delivery when you order a case or more. Get your orders in by 11 a.m. and you’ll get your food and drinks the same day!
Chinatown – Big Trouble Pizza

Big Trouble Pizza is offering take-out Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 12-9 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 12-10 p.m. and Sundays from 1-9 p.m. You can order their pizza on Foodora, or head over to Spadina location.
Chinatown – Juicy Dumpling

Amidst many incredible places to get dumplings in Chinatown, Juicy Dumpling is one of them — and they’re still open for takeout and delivery. With their affordable prices, you can feast away at many of their menu options in the comfort of your own home.
Dundas West – Whelan’s Gate

This Irish-style pub is back up and running after taking a 14-day break. They’re offering takeout Fridays and Saturdays from 5-10 p.m. for most of their amazing bar food, including tons of delicious burgers. You can also grab a tall can with your meal for $6.50.
East Chinatown – Good Cheese

East end cheese shop and wine bar Good Cheese is serving up a selection of fine international and Canadian cheeses and charcuterie items for in-store pickup and delivery via Uber Eats. Their popular #StayHome box offers two types of cheese, a meat, a spread, and a rotating selection of additional items.
Entertainment District – The Pint

The Pint recently re-opened its doors for delivery and takeout, and they’re offering quite an extensive menu, including several burgers and pizzas. Leslieville – Eastside Social

This Leslieville favourite has some incredible seafood and pasta options, and during the pandemic they’re offering pre-order dinner kits for takeout. Just email them with your order and you can grab your food from Thursday to Saturday between 4-8 p.m.
Parkdale – South Indian Dosa Masal
9 Roncesvalles Ave
South Indian food is some of the best food out there — and this restaurant is keeping its doors open for takeout and UberEats delivery. Both the Parkdale and the Mississauga location are open for takeout and delivery Monday to Saturday from 12-7 p.m.
Parkdale – Restaurant Le Phénix

This French bistro is located just on the edge of Parkdale on Queen and they offer traditional French dishes. They offer takeout from 5-11 p.m. and delivery on UberEats with dishes like $15 for six oysters or $30 for 1/2 duck on their special take-out menu.
Parkdale – Tibet Kitchen

One of the best places in the city to grab momo, Tibet Kitchen is offering takeout Thursday-Sunday from 1-9 p.m. With a lengthy menu and many momo options to choose from, you can’t go wrong grabbing a bite of authentic Tibetan food.
Trinity Bellwoods – Good Hombres

At this Mexican restaurant, you can pre-order for takeout 3-7:30 p.m. every day through Instagram, text or email. Their build-your-own-taco menu option offers a huge serving, so you’d have plenty for leftovers! They also offer delivery through UberEats.
Trinity Bellwoods – Fourth Man in the Fire Pizzeria
