Marvel is auctioning costumes and props from ‘Daredevil,’ ‘Luke Cage,’ and ‘Iron Fist’

The auction will take place on August 12 and 13

Since ending their partnership with Netflix, Marvel has announced that they will be auctioning off costumes, props and other memorabilia from Daredevil, Luke Cage, and Iron Fist. The Prop Store’s upcoming auction, which will take place on August 12th and 13th, will showcase over 850 lots containing items from the show. Advanced bidding is currently available online.

Original costumes worn by main characters are available alongside other props. Many of the costumes’ retail estimates are in the thousands, with Luke Cage’s bullet hole costume estimated somewhere between $3000 and $5000, and Matt Murdock’s Daredevil costume is estimated somewhere between $30,000 and $50,000.

“We are very proud to have created these great Marvel shows for the fans and this is a unique opportunity, in association with Prop Store, for fans to become a caretaker of these ‘pieces of art’ used in their production,” Senior Vice President of Marvel Marketing and Communications Mike Pasciullo said in a statement. “We hope that many fans and collectors are able to bring home an authentic piece of the Marvel Universe that excites and inspires them for years to come.”

Bidders can register here to advance bid online or check out the actual auction on August 12th & 13th at The Prop Store’s auction facility in Los Angeles County, California.
