Marvel has just paid tribute to the late Stan Lee after adding in a posthumous cameo to the new Once Upon a Deadpool flick.
Lee, who passed away last month, was well known for his regular cameos in Marvel movies, and he had actually filmed several cameos before his death that are set to be released in a handful of forthcoming Marvel films. Now, Marvel have paid tribute to Lee in a post-credits sequence in the new PG-13 re-release of Deadpool 2.
If anyone goes to see Once Upon a Deadpool, I highly recommend staying until the absolute end, there’s a tribute to Stan Lee and it couldn’t be more perfect. @VancityReynolds

The cameo features a series of brief scenes where Lee reacts to Deadpool’s costume, and even makes a snappy comeback about how he’d prefer the outfit if it was green. Following the clips, an interview segment occurs that shows Lee reflecting on his extensive legacy.
“I don’t think about [my legacy] that much, you know?” Lee explains in the interview. “When I’m gone, I really don’t care.” The brief clip is finished with an “in memoriam” card of Lee.
