Michael Keaton last played Batman in Tim Burton’s 1992 film Batman Returns, but it appears the 68-year-old actor is about to don the cape and cowl once again. The Hollywood Reporter reports that Keaton is in talks to play Bruce Wayne/Batman once again in Warner Bros.’ DC movie The Flash.
While it’s been a minute since Keaton suited up as Batman, the actor earned a Best Actor nomination for his role in the 2014 anti-super hero movie Birdman. Keaton, keeping with the winged character theme, also played Vulture in the 2017 Marvel film Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Keaton’s second run as Batman may not be short-lived, either. Reports indicate that he could appear as the character in several DC films.
