Piecaken is a pie baked INSIDE of a cake, making for an endless list of flavour combinations.
Similar to the Turducken, Piecaken is appealing to some, but a huge turn off for others. It was supposedly introduced in 2010 under the hashtag “#piecaken”, but has only become popular now with images of cakes cut in half revealing their mouthwatering pie fillings.
If you’re an adventurous eater with an appreciation for outrageous desserts, you’ll love the piecaken.

The recipe is simple and doesn’t require an expert in the kitchen! If you can bake a pie, and you can bake a cake, then you can bake this.

If you’re feeling even more adventurous, try cupcakens!
