This Toronto favourite is open with brunch from 9:00am to 3:00pm. Located on King Street East, they serve all the breakfast staples including eggs benny, stuffed crepes, and Belgian waffles.
Easy Restaurant
Easy will satisfy your hunger while providing a chill experience in their diner-style booths. This place puts their own style on traditional eggs, waffles and omelettes. They’re located on Queen West and College.

If you’re a fan of waffles, this is definitely the best option for you. Located on Lansdowne, The Starving Artist’s entire menu has everything with, in, or on a waffle. There’s also a friendly staff to accompany this life-saving News Year’s Day meal.

The popular Drake Hotel on Queen street West is serving brunch on New Years Day from 7:30am until 4:00pm. Be advised: this restaurant does get busy, and your best bet is to call or make a reservation online.

This restaurant has a Mexican-inspired menu for those looking for a little bit of a healthier option. They try their best to provide organic, locally-sourced ingredients, and are located on Queen Street East. Brunch is from 10:00am to 3:00pm.
Mitzi’s Café
Mitzi’s does have a smaller menu, but it consists of all the essentials you’re looking for. You can find most things accompanied by their staple side of spiced potatoes. It’s located on Sorauren Avenue and serves brunch from 9:00am to 4:00pm.
