Kids of the future may never know what it’s like to learn to tie-up their shoes. None other than Nike has just revealed a futuristic looking shoe that is able to tie its own laces.
Hyper Adapt shoes are sporty slip-ons that tighten when you hit the plus button. The shoe also has a light up feature.
CEO Mark Parker unveiled the shoes amd are expected to hit shelves near the Christmas holidays. The price of the product has not been released but could be steep due to the unique technology.

The shoes are battery operated, having to be charged for 3 hours to work completely, but will only need charging every few weeks.
Thanks to Michael J. Fox’s character Marty McFly in Back To The Future II, self-tying shoes have been a dream that is soon to be a reality.
