London, Ontario-born indie outfit Olivia & The Creepy Crawlies are set to release their new full-length album, Room to Grow, on October 4. Today, Indie88 is pleased to premiere the band’s video for the title track from the forthcoming record.
“This album focuses on growth – interpersonal and emotional, and I personally think this song is the best example of that on the album,” vocalist Olivia Borkosky told Indie88. “It’s, at it’s simplest, a love song about hopefulness, and finding and falling in love with someone, while you’re still finding and falling in love with the person you’ve grown into. We tried to emulate that with this music video. Six strangers going about their days, meeting each other by chance, finding simple things that make us happy.”

Olivia & The Creepy Crawlies will be celebrating the arrival of Room to Grow with double album release show along with JJ & The Pillars at Lee’s Palace on Friday, October 5. The show will also feature support from A Fellowship and Moscow Apartment, so it’s shaping up to be a fantastic night of local music.
Room to Grow was produced by Moe Berg, of Pursuit of Happiness fame.
