According to the Norfolk County OPP, the man was sick of his neighbour’s dogs incessant barking, so he took to his neighbour’s window around 2 a.m. and riled up the dogs inside by howling back. In turn, the dogs barked back excessively, and police were called to the home around 7:55 a.m.
According to the OPP, officers spoke to both men and helped them come to a resolution.
