Happy Victoria Day, Toronto. Luckily for you, this long weekend just got even better, as parking in the city will be free.

According to Toronto Police, Parking Enforcement will not be working Pay-and-Display/Metered Areas, Rush-Hour Routes, or Posted signs indicating Monday-to-Friday regulations on Victoria Day. If you plan to leave your car somewhere in the city on Monday, make sure it’s in one of the listed areas, as all other areas and parking offences will still be enforced.
Since they’ll be free, these spots will likely fill up quick, so make sure to find a spot early if you’re hoping to park in the city.
