Last night in downtown Toronto, Alt-J played a secret show at the Sound Academy for Samsung’s GS6 launch party. Open bar, Mac n Cheese, and poutine provided by Parts & Labour and of course the music was courtesy of Alt-J. The Sound Academy gave no hints as to who would be playing with the music leading up to the show. The room was buzzing when Alt-J was introduced and they quickly lead with two big songs: “Hunger of the Pine” and “Fitzpleasure”. The band played all the favourites in their 45 min set. A great night by all accounts. Check out the photos below.
