Pink Mountaintops Share New Song in Anticipation of Their Upcoming Album

It’s been a sizeable chunk of time since new music from Vancouver’s Pink Mountaintops has surfaced, with 2009’s Outside Love being the last record the band released. The group is back and they have a new record called Get Back, that will be out on April 29th.

What inspired them on the new LP? Quite a few things:

“Alleys, curbs, walls, and cigarette-stained gig flyers. An island on the Pacific coast. Fake British towns. Slayer posters. The beauty of youth. It’s about listening to ‘Driver’s Seat’ and ‘Guns of Brixton’ and hotboxing The Duster.”
