Prince’s estate shares previously unreleased track ‘Don’t Let Him Fool Ya’

Latest song to emerge from the Paisley Park vaults

Prince’s estate continues to release songs from the Paisley Park vaults, with the instant funk work-up “Don’t Let Him Fool Ya,” recorded in 1982 from the sessions that preceded his smash 1999 era.

The esteemed “Purple One” recorded all of the instrument tracks at his home studio in Chanhassen, Minnesota, including keyboards, drums, guitars, bass, and even multi-layering his vocals. The song comes in a box-set reissue of 1999, including over 35 previously unreleased tracks, due out this winter.
