Nardwuar the Human Serviette will get his own star on the Granville Street Walk of Fame

Quirky celebrity interviewer Nardwuar the Human Serviette is officially being inducted into the British Columbia Entertainment Hall of Fame.

Nardwuar will appear in the B.C. Enterainment Hall of Fame, and will be honoured with a star on the Granville Street Walk of Fame in Vancouver. Nardwuar joins the likes of fellow inductees such as Bob Buckley, Colin James, Rick Scott, Joani Taylor, Karin Konoval, Moira Walley-Beckett, and more. “I am honoured! Amazing! Thanks so much to the BC Entertainment Hall of Fame for inducting me,” Nardwuar wrote on Facebook.

Nardwuar the Human Serviette, born as John Ruskin, gave himself the peculiar name in 1986 when he got involved in radio at the University of British Colombia. Since then, he’s been a famed journalist who has recently interviewed artists like Billie Eilish, Snail Mail, and Calpurnia.
