Radiohead’s Jonny Greenwood to score Kristen Stewart-starring Princess Diana biopic

Greenwood will create the score for Pablo Larraín's forthcoming film

Radiohead guitarist Jonny Greenwood is set to score Pablo Larraín’s forthcoming Princess Diana biopic, which stars Kristen Stewart.

Greenwood has been scoring films since 2003, including for films like Phantom Thread and You Were Never Really Here.

The upcoming movie, Spencer, will have a script by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders), with Steward playing the lead role of Diana. In fact, a first look at Stewart in character has been released, which you can check out below.

Spencer is a dive inside an emotional imagining of who Diana was at a pivotal turning point in her life. It is a physical assertion of the sum of her parts, which starts with her given name; Spencer,” Steward tells Deadline. “It is a harrowing effort for her to return to herself, as Diana strives to hold onto what the name Spencer means to her.”

Spencer is also set to see Timothy Spall, Sally Hawkins, and Sean Harris joining the cast.
