Today, we say goodbye to the absolute unit, Roger the ripped the kangaroo. The 12-year-old kangaroo’s passing was announced in a Facebook post by the The Kangaroo Sanctuary in Alice Springs.
Roger rose to viral prominence in 2015 after images of the Australian kangaroo surfaced and made their way around the internet. Roger, built like a brick shithouse, could be seen crushing an aluminum bucket with his bare paws.
Farewell our darling Roger ❤️
Sadly Roger has passed away of old age. He lived a lovely long life and was loved by millions around the world. We will always love you and miss you Roger ❤️

Roger stood 6-foot-7 and weighed 200 lbs and was trained in
hand-paw-to-hand combat. The iconic kangaroo was rescued as a joey in 2006 by Chris “Brolga” Barns, and had lived on the 90-acre sanctuary in Alice Springs since.
Rest in peace, Roger the ripped the kangaroo.
