R&B star SZA took to Twitter on April 30th to expose Sephora for their unfair treatment towards her. The Sephora in question is ocated in Calabasas, where security was called because they assumed she was stealing.

Although she was treated unfairly, there was an upside to this incident. Sephora directly apologized to the star a day later on Twitter, and one month after this happened, Sephora decided to close their stores for an hour this morning for sensitivity and inclusivity training.
Hi, SZA. We’re sorry to hear about your experience at our Calabasas store and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We want to let you know we take complaints like this very seriously and are actively working with our teams to address the situation immediately.

All in all, Sephora clearly has some hard work and sensitivity training to do.
