SweetSado Desserts is a local downtown Toronto business, offering Lebanese inspired pastries, cakes and more, made to order.
SweetSado has been years in the making. Owner, Assaad El Sibai’s passion for cooking and baking was inspired by watching their mom & dad bake Lebanese dishes and desserts from scratch. After awhile, Assaad started experimenting by creating fusion recipes either through ingredients or decorating and shaping the desserts, but keeping the taste and flavor as authentic as possible.
“When I first came to Canada, I started baking for friends and relatives, and everyone was encouraging me to start marketing and selling my creations but it wasnt’ until recently that I started getting more an more requests from Customers who wanted authentic Lebanese desserts , specially ones very popular in the holy month of Ramadan such as Kanefe and Osmalliya.”
