Snoop Dogg and associate Bishop Don ‘Magic’ Juan sued for alleged sexual assault, battery

Snoop Dogg is being sued for alleged sexual assault and battery, according to TMZ and confirmed by Pitchfork.

In the lawsuit, an actor, model, and dancer identified as Jane Doe in Anaheim, California claims that she attended a Snoop Dogg concert on May 29th, 2013. Doe is suing the rapper and his associate Bishop Don “Magic” Juan for violating the Trafficking Victims Protection Act for sexual battery and sexual assault. Alongside those two, the lawsuit names companies Gerber & Co, Inc.; The Broadux Collection, LLC; Casa Verde Capital, LLC; and Merry Jane Events, Inc.

Doe alleges that, on that day in 2013, Snoop Dogg’s associate Bishop Don “Magic” Juan took her to his home against her will.

Allegedly, the following morning, Juan “‘removed his penis from his pants and forced his penis’ into her mouth,” according to Pitchfork. According to the lawsuit, Juan then took Doe to Snoop Dogg’s studio. There, the rapper allegedly cornered her in a bathroom stall, forcing her to perform oral sex. She then claims that he “proceeded to masturbate and ejaculated on [Jane Doe]’s upper chest and lower neck.”

TMZ says that Snoop Dogg has denied Jane Doe’s claims.

Jane Doe filed the lawsuit in federal court on February 9th, the same day that Snoop Dogg acquired hip-hop label Death Row Records. The rapper is currently scheduled to release a new album, B.O.D.R. (Bacc on Death Row) tomorrow (February 11th).
