Steven Soderbergh made a cut of ‘Raiders of the Lost Ark’ with no dialogue and a Trent Reznor score

The black-and-white cut was quietly shared in 2014

In 1981, Raiders of the Lost Ark launched the Indiana Jones franchise, while further cementing Harrison Ford’s status as a major box office draw.

In 2014, director Steven Soderbergh shared an alternate cut of the film. Soderbergh’s version was in black-and-white, removed all of the dialogue, and uses music from Trent Reznor throughout the entirety of the film. The result was nothing short of amazing.

The film has once again been thrust into the public eye via social media. Follow the link below to have a look at Soderbergh’s cut of Raiders of the Lost Ark.
